When should I book my cake?: It is never too soon to book you cake, but we suggest you book at least two to three weeks in advance for a celebration cake and three to six months in advance for a wedding cake. We often accommodate last minute orders, so call to schedule an appointment today.
Do you offer tastings?: Yes. Tastings are offered for orders of 100 servings or more. Cost of the tastings is $30.00 and will be applied to your balance should you choose to book your cake.Tastings by appointment only.
What is your payment policy?: We require a retainer equal to 50% of the total cost of your cake to book your cake. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event date. Any orders placed less than two weeks before the cake is due must be paid in full.
Do you deliver?: Yes. There is a delivery charge based on location. Set up is included in the delivery charge. Any table, drapings or floral accents must be provided by the customer and be left on the cake table and/ or clearly marked.
What happens if I have to reschedule my event?: If you must change your event date we will try our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee we will have your new date open. Our cancellation policy is outlined in our client contract and will be explained to you at your booking.
Doesn't fondant taste terrible?: All fondants are not created equally. There are brands out there that do taste horrible, but we make our own fondant that tastes very good. Fondant allows for a wonderfully smooth canvas in which to bring your cake to life and you are welcome to sample it.
